Maintenance requests may be submitted using this online form, via phone at 215.247.5700, or through an email to gwco@georgewoodwardco.com.  Please state the nature of your request as concisely as possible.  Once your request is received we will document it in our system and schedule repairs as soon as possible according to priority.  Most maintenance requests are handled within two weeks.

GWCo. provides 24-hour maintenance for emergency calls for issues that cannot wait until the working hours.  Please call 215.247.5700 and leave a message for the property manager who will return your call.
