Our short term furnished home is an award winning, energy efficient, certified platinum LEED (Leadership for Energy and Environmental Design home).  A 3 BD / 3 BA , living room with gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with door to rear outdoor deck. 2nd floor balcony off primary bedroom, sustainable bamboo flooring throughout, recycled glass kitchen countertops, and many other materials also used in the house are made from recycled and/or sustainable products, driveway, just under 2000 sf of living space.  High efficiency gas heat,& central a/c.  Pets OK with Pet Fee.  Walking distance to all the lovely offerings Chestnut Hill provides; theatre, museums, dining, cafes, bakeries and excellent boutique shopping.

Requests for availability will be treated on a first come, first served basis.  Rate may be subject to change during peak holiday seasons.
